Booking and Payment

To secure your reservation, a full payment is required at the time of booking or on site. Payments can be made through our secure online payment system or with cash on site before the beginning of the tours.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made within 2 days prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the Viana Food Tour reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such cases, customers will be offered the option of rescheduling the tour or receiving a full refund, after presenting proof of the circumstances.

Tour Itinerary

The Viana Food Tour reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary, including specific stops and tastings, to accommodate unforeseen circumstances such as venue closures, special events, or changes in local operating hours.
While we make every effort to adhere to the advertised itinerary, please note that certain stops or activities may be subject to change without prior notice.

Health and Safety

Participants are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the tour guide during the tour. Any reckless behavior that poses a risk to oneself or others will not be tolerated.
Please inform the tour guide of any known allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the tour to ensure that suitable accommodations can be made.

Liability Waiver

By participating in the Viana Food Tour, all participants agree to waive any claims against the tour operator, its affiliates, employees, and partners for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the tour.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to take necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables during the tour.
