Born and raised in Viana do Castelo, my passion for food culture has been a lifelong journey. With a background as a professional cook and experience opening a fine-dining restaurant, my culinary exploration was further fueled by Anthony Bourdain’s ‘No Reservations.’ Trained in culinary school and having worked in both Michelin-starred establishments and local taverns, I have developed a deep appreciation for establishments that honor local products and traditional recipes
